Taivas nöyrtyy
‘Taivas nöyrtyy’ is a piece for bass baryton, zither, violin, accordion & cello. The piece is written with text by the finnish poet Pentti Saarikoski in 2011. A new version of the piece with a soprano instead of a bass singer, also exists.
‘Taivas nöyrtyy’ is a song from the song collection "Eleven arias" with text by several nordic poets. It is also a part of the chamber opera "The Illuminated Traces of Ligeia”.
